The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

It is 4 km to the city center, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located directly in front of the house. The small daylight bath is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Take a break in the beautiful Kylltal. From here there are numerous ways to explore the surroundings by foot or by bike. In addition, Kordel has a direct train connection to the city of Trier. The border with Luxembourg is also only 11km away. Our spacious yet very cozy apartment was completely renovated in 2023/2024 and has a terrace with awning where you can grill as well as a conservatory that invites you to relax.
