This holiday home with a private sauna, located close to Świnoujście, is perfect for families or friends with their pets. The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt auf einer Halbinsel in einzigartiger Lage - von der eienen Seite nur 100m vom Neuwarper See entfernt, von der anderen Seite nur etwa 80m vom Stettiner Haff. Perfekt für Erholung, Naturgenuss und enspannte Spaziergänge am Wasser. In unserer kleinen Stadt finden Sie zwei Bistros, eine Pizzeria und ein Café. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur etwa 500m von der Wohnung entfernt. Ca. eine Stunde fahrt von uns liegt die schöne Stadt Stettin.

The modernly furnished bungalow offers space for 2 adults and a separate bedroom for restful nights. The cozy sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can comfortably take care of yourself. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee through the campsite operator. The small terrace invites you to relax and unwind. For hygienic reasons, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
