The house is located in a small village between Ghent and Bruges. The house is just next to our house. There is total privacy. There is a separate entrance , a small terrace at the entrance. The lower floor consists of a spacious living room with salon and TV. For third person there is a full bed in the living room. There is an equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave and dining table. There is a toilet on the ground floor . On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Living room with sofa and couch; Digital tv available. A shed next to the house can be used for storage. Private Parking spot in the domain at 30 meters of the house. Fresh drapes are provided. Nieuwpoort is considered a top location at the belgian coast for its combo of the beach and relaxing town life in the renewed city centre.

The dune house is uniquely located, on the edge of an ancient dune reserve , 2 km from the sea. The large south-facing garden is fully enclosed, ideal for kids. The cul-de-sac makes there an oasis of peace in our dune cottage. We rent out per weekend , midweek, week or more. Weekend always starts on Friday night. PLEASE DO: WE ONLY RENT OUT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PER WEEK: Friday to Friday. Two regular bicycles are available. Cozy enclosed gas fireplace (no wood)

My accommodation is 15 minutes from the center of Lille, close to public transport 2 minutes, shops 10 minutes walk, chrono drive 1 minute, restaurants nearby. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Parking blue zone disc provided
