The location is equipped with living room kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary area with shower and a spacious sleeping attic. There is underfloor heating and summer floor cooling. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on private property or for free in the street.

Super centrally located place in the center of Middelburg, opposite the music chapel in the Molenwaterpark within walking distance of the theater, restaurants, shops, Lange Jan, Abbey and Market. Pets are welcome, children under 12 unfortunately not, the house is not set up for this.
