Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kosciuszko National Park

Fantastic property. Everything was as described. Great facilities for active guests (skiing or mountain biking). We had two families (total of 8 people) staying there so we had one family upstairs and the other downstairs. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean and tidy. Great kitchen, well appointed. Had everything you need to cook for a large family, utensils, condiments, large stove/oven, even tin foil etc. Weber BBQ on the deck. Everyone in our group enjoyed a relaxing game of pool after a full day of skiing. We’d be more than happy to return to this property the next time we go to Jindabyne.

We had a lovely family stay at Ann & Ian's place this past long weekend, enjoying the beauty of the property for one day & then heading off early to the ski fields for the second day. The house is as described. Not luxurious but very comfortable, plenty of heating options & adequately equipped for a family with older kids & well-trained dogs. The location is remote so there's no easy ducking to the shops & the commute to the ski fields is quite long, but we were very happy with that, feeling like we managed to combine a country, snowy mountains break & a ski trip in one. An unexpected highlight for us was getting to know Brian, the wonderful next-door neighbour who was a wealth of local knowledge, history & relationships, & a truly brilliant man. He and his wife Kerry (who we unfortunately didn't get to meet) have lived an admirable life of service, in particular to young people. I hope someone local is going to nominate them for an Order of Australia Medal! Thanks Ann & Ian.

Mark & Kelly were incredibly responsible and responsive when we encountered an issue, they were quick to reply and took care of it right away. What impressed us most was how they kept checking in to make sure everything was fixed. It really made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was even better than the photos - there was a pool table, darts, foosball, in-ground trampoline and spa. Plenty to keep yourself occupied. The fireplace was great with a spot to dry your socks after a day on the slopes. With there being no heating in the bedrooms I appreciated that each bed had an electric blanket. Views were amazing as well. We were already planning our next trip back before we even left.

We had great time at this place. It was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Holly was very helpful throughout the stay and we really enjoyed our stay.

Wow wow wow…. This house was spectacular. We had the most beautiful weekend away at the Pender Barn. It surpassed all expectations. We took up the offer to have Warren cook our dinner and it was divine. What a treat to have a gorgeous home cooked meal. We brought along our puppy and they even looked after him so we could go and explore. This will definitely be a regular spot for our family, and I think we will definitely be coming back without the kids! Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, fireplace ready for us to light we we arrived and what I loved the most was there weren’t any locked cupboards or rooms that made it “feel” like an air bnb. It really felt like our home for the weekend. Thanks Sonja and Warren - we absolutely loved our stay.

Julie and Jim provided an invaluable and unforgettable experience. They were very friendly and welcoming hosts who ensured a smooth and peaceful stay. The entire space was squeaky clean and also very beautiful. We also got to meet and feed the friendly highland cows and alpacas which we absolutely loved. Thank you Julie and Jim for the beautiful stay, looking forward to next time.

me and my partner stayed 2 nights. we had such a great time at this cozy little getaway. we loved chilling by the fire and relaxing in the spa we also seen a couple of deer's running around i would 100% recommend staying here.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! It was even better than we thought it would be! We loved everything about this cabin and the location, we couldn’t fault it at all. Lots of kangaroos and deer at our doorstep, the hot tub was beautiful especially at night under the stars. The hosts were great at communicating when needed. We will definitely be recommending this stay to everyone and we will definitely be back

The Barn is amazing! We have been to tinkersfield a few times and this trip invited some family to come and enjoy it with us. It was wonderful, the space is such that with a full house you are not on top of each other, there are plenty of different spaces. The food was delicious as always, with the addition of a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise and also delicious. Doggy day care is super easy to organise and so handy if you want to head up and enjoy some mountain activities!

I’ve had this place on my list to stay at for ages and was excited to finally have the opportunity to get there. It was exactly as described and pictured - it was modern, clean, aesthetically pleasing and in a beautiful location. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We were visited by kangaroos and some deer and sat back listening to the birds. The views from the massive bed were awesome - we could look at the stars at night and in the morning, watch the sun creep across the day and the kangaroos hop by. Soaking in the hot tub amongst nature with the mountain backdrop was amazing. The cabin had everything we needed. The cabin was well presented with lovely furnishings and high quality products including the toiletries and dinnerware. We’ve visited the snowy mountains many times over the years - it’s a favourite destination - and this was a perfect accommodation choice to spend another weekend in the much loved mountains. We loved our stay here. Thank you

It was amazing, I booked the holiday for an escape from the city and it was perfect for that. The accomodation was perfect, the location was amazing and the ease of it all was phenomenal.
