Apartment holiday rentals in Košljun

We had two great weeks with Anja and her family at Villa Kobali! The whole family is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. The place is as pictured, everything is clean, the air conditioning works great, the pool is a highlight (daily cleaning), balcony with sea view, large parking lot, the kitchen is fully sufficient even if it is small, cozy beds! The location is also great, within walking distance are great restaurants, the small town center, shops. The beach of Povljana is relatively crowded, many children, very warm water, probably good for families! We were there by car and avoided larger beaches nearby - the island of Pag has a lot to offer and from Povljana you can reach a lot of things easily (for example, we were in Pag town, Novalja, the olive groves of Lun and in the Krka National Park - highly recommended!). All in all we had a super nice summer vacation and say thank you to Anja and family for the great accommodation!

It was a pleasure to come back to Pag in the Nikolina's flat. Always recommended!

Apartment was very clean and we had warm welcome from Miran. Place and surrounding is quiet and peaceful with magic view from the apartment to the sea, sunsets and very close to the sea! Miran and Sanja were very kind and helpful to us, also communication was great. Miran give for our stay in the apartment child crib for our small child - this was our special requirement. I totaly recommend Miran and Sanja's apartment for holliday stay.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Beautiful place to stay, there was everything you needed. Clean, only 50 meters to the beach, Michaela was really super nice and always available when you wanted to reach her. A few restaurants nearby, quiet location, would keep coming back, was super great.

Our stay at Tomislav's was really excellent. The place was as described and the location great. It was nice and quiet and you can get everywhere on foot. Tomislav was always very friendly, had put many delicious cherries in the refrigerator for us on arrival and offered us vegetables from his own garden. We also used the barbecue area. A nice place for dinner. we lacked nothing. thank you.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

Always helpful and responsive as he lives in the property. The best host you can imagine. Communicative and familiar interaction. Everything extremely clean and well equipped. Simply a place to stay for a dream getaway.

simply indescribable.... The previous reviews say it too. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It just had everything and the pictures are exactly as the apartment is. It was a wonderful stay in a very peaceful and friendly area. We are digital nomads travelling a lot through Croatia and this is one of the best apartments we ever had. Maria, Robert and family are very welcoming, making sure you have everything you may wish for while 100% respecting your privacy. The apartment is super clean, has a fantastic panoramic view from the two balconies with magic sunsets overlooking Maria's beautiful garden, strong WIFI, a large and comfy bed and a very well equipped kitchen. The beach is just a stone through away and also a supermarket is reachable by feet within 10 minutes. It's one of those rare finds that lets you relax in the minute you arrive. We absolutely can recommend visiting this place and will come back for sure!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We were very pleased with the apartment, very clean and nicely decorated. It is not too central and not too far away, actually perfect for us. We were at the beach and in the center of the island in a few minutes. The hosts were very communicative, nice and helpful and available at any time. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely recommend it.

I had a truly wonderful stay – from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The apartment is in a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the old town and nearby restaurants, which made it super easy to enjoy the charm of the area. It's also only about a 15-minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach – perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning and made mornings and evenings feel extra special. Vesna is a fantastic host – so warm, welcoming, and helpful. She made sure everything was perfect, and her kind energy made the whole experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended and I would definitely love to come back!

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

We were very happy with the apartment. Everything was there. In the area, many new houses are emerging, which we felt was questionable for the originality of the area and infrastructure for the future. But it does not diminish the high standard of the beautiful apartment and the friendliness of our hosts. A really quiet and original sandy beach was nearby. Shopping as well. The pool in the evening sun on the terrace was a wonderful new experience and wellness from home. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
