So you could be swim in 5 minutes. 700m from us is the downtown of Votsalakia village. Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km

Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

House on the waves

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
