Holiday houses in Kostakii

I had a very good stay at Nikos and Nikoletta! the place was very well maintained and clean and my hosts were great at communicating and helping out with clarifications and recommendations. very central and walkable to the historical sites. I hope more people get to come to Arta and stay at this place!

This apartment is honestly heaven, don’t even think, just book!! It’s incredible in every way - the finishings are immaculate, the view has to be seen in person, it’s the best sunset view you’ll get! The showers were amazing, the bed was so comfortable and smart tvs in both rooms The concierge Eva was really nice and was very attentive for anything we needed - booking restaurants and taxis etc. Lefkada is so beautiful and the nearby town of Agios Nikitas is so lovely with the most beautiful beach. Kathisma beach immediately down from the villa is also amazing - we walked down in 18 mins and would recommend! A steep walk back up but it’s not too bad Lefkada is a hidden gem and feel very lucky we got to experience it in this unbelievable villa, we didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure!

the kindness the Evelyn and her daughter showed was beyond what I expected. They were so kind! This location was literally a dream! The winding roads lined by flowers up to this beautiful home took my breath away. It was so nice to have a private pool to relax at after a hard day at one of the most clean, Crystal clear beaches in the world. It is impossible to choose a bad restaurant in the area. Only thing I will say is that a rental car is a must here, but totally worth it! I could not have asked for a better experience and I WILL be back!

Doreta is a very good girl, the house is perfect, clean, the pool is lovely especially late at night and early in the morning for diving in. Thanks to Doreta for everything and I will gladly return if I go back to Lefcada

A wonderful, privately located villa with amazing outdoor area, exactly as shown on the photos, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. The house is so well equipped and has very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Although the area is quite rural, there is a great restaurant 5 mins walk away and Nidri center is a 20 mins walk with many small supermarkets, beach, restaurants and bars. We especially appreciate the host Panos who was always available to help with anything we needed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Being a remote area, sounds of the surrounding flora and fauna can be heard regularly 😊 The local stray cat is very cute and friendly. A car is necessary to visit all the beautiful areas of this fantastic (still quite free of major tourism) island. We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back some day soon. THANK YO

The outdoor area was a paradise – we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying meals on the terrace with a view that felt like a dream. The location is perfect for those looking to experience the tranquility and beauty of Paxoi. It’s secluded enough to offer complete privacy, yet just a short drive to charming villages and pristine beaches. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.
