Accommodation made for 3, up to 5 sleeping places for those staying in their own sleeping bags. In the kitchenette, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, coffee press cutlery, etc.). Showers with an adjacent beach sauna. A composting tree. The sauna is wood-burning. If necessary, we will guide you to the sauna heating. Used in summer and early fall.

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Holiday home in Kemijärvi, southern Lapland

Our holiday home is situated in Kemijärvi 85 kms/ 53 miles north-east from Rovaniemi. Nice peaceful 71 m2 apartment close to the nature. You can rest hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, picking berries or mushrooms - whatever you like. Kemijärvi is a town of 6000 inhabitants in the middle of two lakes just above the polar circle. Sauna. There are good trails for crosscountry skiing almost from our front door. The distances to the downhill skiing areas: 45 kms to Suomu and 53 kms to Pyhä.

Rytiniemi Beach Cottage

A small beach cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right by the lake. The cottage is connected to a traditional Finnish wood sauna and a real shower in the dressing room attached to the sauna. The cottage is very traditional with a bit of modernization. From the deck, a great view of the lake! There is no indoor toilet in the cottage. Instead, there's a traditional Finnish outdoor shower in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cabin experience near nature!

Kimmelvilla - Backcountry in your living room - is a recently completed (2024) stunning log villa located right at the foot of Pyhätunturi. The villa is only 300m to ski slopes and 50m to ski trails. This unique getaway offers you and your family the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of Lapland's Arctic wilderness, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you're traveling with a larger group, it's also possible to rent an adjacent villa, Kimmelvilla B.

Saint Igloos igloo

Our igloos are 32m² in size and can accommodate two to four persons. The motorized double bed is directly under the glass ceiling. Separate extra beds are made from the sofa. All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. All rooms have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs, dinnerware and cutlery, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Atmospheric house on the banks of the Kemijoki River

On the scenic Kemijoki shoreline from Rovaniemi, about an hour drive, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.

Koivusaari Arctic Island

30m2 korkeatasoinen mökki yksityisellä saarella, luonnon keskellä 30km Rovaniemeltä. Mökki on parhaimmillaan kahdelle hengelle. Upeat maisemat, kalastus, marjastus ja hiihtomahdollisuudet heti ulosastuessasi. Vieraiden käytössä grillikota, laituri, puulämmitteinen sauna sekä kesäisin myös puulämmitteinen palju. Saaressa ei ole muita vuokratessasi mökin.
