I had a wonderful stay at alpinia with my parents, brother and extended family. rupali was super responsive and yogita was constantly in touch throughout the stay. the villa itself is quite exquisite with old antique furniture which you had hardly get to see or use anymore. the local caretakers were responsive and helped us with all our queries. highly recommended if you want a quiet place slightly away from the hustle and bustle and still feel connected.

The accommodations were immaculate, blending comfort and charm, and Mubashir’s evening campfire and barbecue under the stars was unforgettable. From exploring nearby attractions like Ooty Lake and the Botanical Gardens to relaxing at the retreat, every moment was memorable. This hilltop haven is perfect for couples, families, or anyone seeking peace and natural beauty. Mubashir’s care and attention made it a truly special stay. Entire villa with 3 spacious bed rooms and a huge hall cum dining. Care taker couple, Bala and Shanthi were great with very tasty food. TV with wifi and parking space makes it value for money. Few minor drawbacks are - need a car as away from centre of ooty and no good public transport, Room heater is available only on rent and no power backup. Overall excellent holiday villa for family.

We had an amazing stay at Lantana Cliff Ooty 3BHK Villa! The villa was perfect for our group spacious inside with enough space throughout the property, clean, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The lawn area was great for relaxing, and the bonfire in the chilly weather made our evenings unforgettable. A special thanks to Prabhu, a wonderful and cooperative host who was always available on call and made sure everything went smoothly. We also felt truly welcomed by caretaker Mohan and his wife such warm and kind people. The home-cooked food they served was amazing and added a homely touch to our trip. Thank you for hosting us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon.

Its a nice stay, we did not face any problem as such but we wished internet can be improved as the place is somewhat away from city the mobile network is also not very good otherwise a super place to hang around and have fun

The place is exactly as seen in the photos, nothing is amiss. Great location, very peaceful and lots of open spaces. We had few kids, they enjoyed the space and the unintruded space. The food was tasty and exactly as we required. Ganesh is a very friendly host and has supporting staff who are as friendly and supportive. The place is very nice made and has a very beautiful garden with lovely flowers. Ganesh has gone lengths to ensure the place is very well arranged and clean. He made sure we felt very comfortable and cozy. Definitely going to visit many more times!!

Hands down the best AirBnB that I have stayed in India. Every detail is so tastefully done that it accentuates the natural beauty that surrounds this place. No picture can do justice to the beauty of this location. Situated equidistant to both Conoor and Ooty, this place is ideal who want to cover both places in a span of 3-4 days. To top it all up, Simple is an extremely gracious and kind host. She provided us with all instructions and recommendations the moment we made the booking. She also helped us get in touch with a very nice driver who helped us in getting to the location from Coimbatore and local sightseeing. We were visiting to celebrate our Anniversary and she went above and beyond to arrange the best tasting cake for us despite all hassles. All in all, this Ooty & Conoor experience wouldn't have been 10% of what it was had it not been for Simple, Rakesh, and her staff. 11/10 and highly recommend. Cheers, M
