We went with our family for a 2 day trip to kotagiri. And we were looking for a cozy stay because we had elderly and kids with us. Anup’s property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. And hospitality was top notch.

A very beautiful property, at a serene location. Anybody looking for a tranquil stay and a unique way to experience Sunrise and Sunset this is a no brainer... The staffs are really polite and helpful... Overall, it was a beautiful enjoyable and a must visit property...

The surroundings invite you to explore at a gentle pace, with beautiful walks and a sense of calm that makes you breathe deeper and slower. A special mention to Kanaka Amma, a gifted cook whose meals were an absolute highlight of our stay. The home was impeccably maintained, and we felt well looked after throughout.
