Welcome to spend a peaceful holiday in a red cottage by the Kymijoki River! A cottage in a stunning green river view in the countryside, but still in a city with services a short drive away. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden yard and the river shore is a great place for bird lovers or other nature lovers. The cottage is halfway between Kouvola and Kotka, so it is easy to take trips around Kymenlaakso. e.g. 20 min drive to Tykkimäki amusement park. Approximately 1.5 hours drive from Helsinki to the cottage.

On a 5,000 m2 plot, Honkahirren Round Log Cottage, as well as a separate sauna cottage and barbecue hut. The main cottage has a kitchen and combined dining and living room, two bedrooms, toilet, fireplace and loft with sleeping places for four. The sauna cottage has a shower and washing machine, as well as a dressing room with a refrigerator and stove and seating group.

The yard building with its own yard and deck is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy home is only a 5-minute drive to the services. Massive kelo stairs and wooden surfaces add a vibe to the upstairs sleeping and living area. Downstairs is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer time, guests will have access to the host's beach with swimming facilities.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our place has been fully modernised and focuses on comfort with space for group/family entertainment together. There are 2 communal spaces to provide an area for kids if required or members of a larger group to take calls or relax away from the core lounge and dining area. The outside garden backs onto the forest on 2 sides which is great for walks down to the beach and kids to play. The closest K market is 1.5 km away with bike hire.

Modern and unique riverside villa in Kotka on the bank of the river Kymijoki. You will enjoy the amazing scenery by the river Kymijoki, only a 1.5-hour drive from Helsinki! The main house has sleeping capacity for four people. In addition, a separate heated garage with a granary for 2 people. Great outdoor activities, kayaking and fishing! The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.

Rentoudu tässä rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä tilassa meren rannalla Kotkansaaren läheisyydessä. Rakennuksessa on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, jossa voi tehdä niin aamupalat kuin isommatkin ateriat. Tilava wc, kylpyhuone ja puusauna löytyvät samasta tilasta. Majoittujien käytössä on myös terassilla sijaitseva poreallas, josta voi katsella aurinkolaskua. Lisäksi laiturilta voi pulahtaa makeaan meriveteen tai lähteä soutelemaan Munsaarta ympäri. Tervetuloa nauttimaan!
