Comfortably decorated with a spacious one-bedroom apartment in a quiet and natural area. Close to the beach, and outdoor/ski trails leave right next door. The distance to the centre of Kotka is about 9 km/12 min. The distance to the Godniemi shopping centre is 2 km/5 min. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The view from the apartment's windows opens in the direction of parking spaces, as well as to the park. Free parking, either on the street in the summer or in the backyard of the house during wintertime.

The apartment is a terrace house in Päölä, which was completed in 1939. It's about 13km to the center of Kotka and about 3km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated into as original as possible and is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with Fittings designed by Waves. We wash the textiles with odorless detergents.

The yard building with its own yard and deck is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy home is only a 5-minute drive to the services. Massive kelo stairs and wooden surfaces add a vibe to the upstairs sleeping and living area. Downstairs is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer time, guests will have access to the host's beach with swimming facilities.

This unique and peaceful resort makes it easy to relax. A lovely little log cabin has a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, a small bedroom with a double bed. Inside, you'll find a wooden sauna. There's a clean toilet in the yard, a small log fence with a double bed for two extra people to spread out, a fireplace for a barbecue, a lean-to, and a treehouse. you'll have access to a big Yard pond where you can cool down after the sauna. Cute flat in the city centre by the Sculpture promenade welcomes guests. The flat is on the 7th (the highest) floor so you can enjoy great views. There are two 80x200 cm beds which can be pushed together. The kitchen is fully equipped (icl. dishwasher). The price includes sheets and towels. All the parks, venues, sea and restaurants are in a walking distance. If you're a light sleeper, please take into account that the sounds of the city may be heard from the street below.

Modern and unique riverside villa in Kotka on the bank of the river Kymijoki. You will enjoy the amazing scenery by the river Kymijoki, only a 1.5-hour drive from Helsinki! The main house has sleeping capacity for four people. In addition, a separate heated garage with a granary for 2 people. Great outdoor activities, kayaking and fishing! The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.

Enjoy your Eagle trip to this centrally located home. The location is in the heart of Kotkansaari. The balcony has sea views and the apartment has a sauna. The new event center Harbor Arena and the soon to be completed new Xamk main building are about 300 meters away, as is the Kotka Market. All services are within walking distance. The bedroom has a 160cm wide bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, but 4 people can stay if needed.
