Asunto on hissittömässä terassitalo Päivölässä, joka on valmistunut 1939. Kotkan keskustaan on noin 13km ja Karhulaan noin 3km. Asunto on remontoitu mahdollisimman alkuperäiseen asuun, ja se on kalustettu kiertotalousperiaatteella pääosin Aaltojen suunnittelemilla kalusteilla. Tekstiilit pesemme hajuttomilla pesuaineilla.

The apartment has high-quality furniture, beds and textiles. Distance to the center of Kotka approx. 13 km and to Karhula shopping center approx. 3 km.

The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.
