Next to the Fuchsia Park, which is colored by azaleas in the spring, through which you will end up at the Arto Tolsa Arena or the indoor swimming pool. Katariina's Sea Park, Sapokka, Pionipuisto, Haukkavuori lookout tower, beach and market square are all within a reasonable walking distance. The kitchen is small but equipped to make cooking easy. Enjoy a comfortable stay at this centrally located property. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. You can't stay in a more central location in Kotka. Small and compact city home

Please read the full description before booking, thank you! This particular property is located in the city center. The sixth-floor apartment has a sea view of the bay. The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby old port, and from that the house has been named the "stevedore house".
