Easy city living!! Right in the heart of the city center; you may hear some noise from outside. However, the house is quiet. 200 meters to the train station and 2 kilometers to the Xamk campus. No guests other than the guests who made the reservation are allowed in the apartment!!! Balcony facing the pedestrian street. We offer morning coffee/tea. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergents, sheets and towels are included in the price. The railway station has a long-term parking space and a 2h disc parking space in front of the house. No pets. No Wi-Fi.

A peaceful and compact studio right in the heart of Kouvola, but high above the hustle and bustle of the city center and with a great city view. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities and household appliances. It features a 120-cm double bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into a 160-cm bed. No Wi-Fi is available. Close to restaurants and bars, approx. 200 m to the grocery store in the Hansa Center. Railway station and travel center 500 m. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.
