It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. There's fast and stable Wi-Fi, and free parking in front of the building. A few minutes away on foot is the "Kamelija" shopping center, with a supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, hair salon, gym, cosmetics & clothing stores, and a small beach is 500m away. It's well equipped for long stays as well, making it a great base for exploring Kotor bay and its surroundings.

If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.
