Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

The all day shaded terrace is great with traditional oustide couche and table with chairs. The view of the sea and the surrounding islands is panoramic. The unique sunset and moonlit nights amazing!
