Your tranquil location is surprisingly accessible at only a 20 minute drive from the port and town center, 15 minutes from the airport and only a few minutes from some of the finest beaches on the island. Each morning you will wake up to the sounds of birds and open your eyes to the breath taking views of the sea and sky.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

The property is at the quiet side of the main village (Louros area): 450m (4 mins walk) to the central beach of the settlement (Ammos beach), 300m (3 mins) to the nearest taverna, pharmacy, super market, medical centre, 400m to the travel agent's and ATM and 800m (10 mins) to the port. All amenities within 5-10mins walking distance.
