Had a great stay in this comfortable, pet-friendly apartment with an amazing view of Seal Bay! Only a minute's walk from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and other local attractions. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay with Karen! This was our second time at her place, having stayed last festive season as well, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. From the 28th of December to the 4th of January, my wife and I enjoyed an unforgettable getaway. We started at the cozy Barefoot Cottage, which was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. On the 2nd of January, Karen went above and beyond, offering us the chance to stay at the Sea View Studio. Waking up to the stunning ocean views was truly special. Karen’s hospitality was exceptional, she even bought us a brand-new iron and changed our towels to keep everything fresh. Both Barefoot Cottage and the Sea View Studio were spotless and well maintained. Karen’s warm welcome made our holiday truly memorable. We can’t wait to return again!

Karen is an amazing host, the place is very neat & peaceful and the view is stunning. We even had the chance to see monkeys and there were peaceful. It’s definitely a great place to stay in PE.

Had a lovely stay at The Retro Studio. It is a very affordable accommodation, without feeling like it is. It has a wonderful feel, with a great sense of retro style that appeals to the younger at heart. We loved it though. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the vibe is very nice. Please note, the shower/toilet facilities are "across the passage" from the room, and this situation has caused the hosts some problems due to misunderstandings/expectations. For us, this was NOT a problem at all, as the passage they talk about is only used by the hosts on occasion, and is only a few steps away from the room....and is private and exclusive for the residents of The Retro Studio. The value/affordability of this accommodation, far outweighs the absolutely minor inconvenience of having a semi-separate bathroom. We as a family "get it", and we ACCEPT her accommodation as is and wouldn't change a thing. If you want the Hilton or the Ritz, book there instead. Thanks again to Karen, for the very warm welcome, it was great to meet her. And btw, Karen knew it was my daughters birthday, and lovingly provided a beautiful handmade gift for her..... that is service and care that we have never experienced before. We will be back.....without a doubt.

Salty Dog unit one is very clean, neat and comfortable. We were well received. The unit had little extras that made one feel at home. We Had a great night's rest on the most comfortable mattrass; I wish our stay had been longer and will definitely go back. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Such a great little place! Really loved staying there, had my own little private garden with a braai and a separate entrance. The room came with proper coffee as well!! Great place if you are looking for a quiet central spot.

Ideal for a one night stay or a weekend stay over. Very peaceful, comfortable and secure. Compact with all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend Alida as a host and Casa Domingo as accommodation. (Domingo is a very friendly and welcoming mutt)

Lovely stay at Beverley's place. Was away from the rush and perfect for a quiet stay, yet close enough to shops and restaurants. Beverley is the best host - always responded promptly to my queries, very helpful with lots of advice. The rooms were perfectly appointed with a sea-view, spotless and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed, even for cooking small meals. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet stay with all conveniences.

Really enjoy my stay there, I have decided to extend my stay!! It’s quite a nice place to go back to when you’ve had a hectic day at work! Great service and everything!!! 5 star accommodation!!
