A pleasant and spacious equipped home in a very peaceful and pleasant environment, excellent, accessible and responsive dining. We really enjoyed the house, the pool, and the surroundings.

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lavrio. Philipp was a great host and the apartment was amazing. Such a lovely quiet place with great beaches nearby. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Kiki was great. Very friendly, welcoming. Sunset is amazing, swimming with sea views is a great experience. Lots of beautiful little beaches nearby within a 5-minute drive or even walk! Including a small cove at the bottom of the house where you can swim early in the morning or in the evening before the aperitif! We loved this stay! We recommend the house.

We stayed over a weekend. The place is lovely and you do not need to bring anything other that your clothes. It has pretty much everything. The host was very friendly and proactive. We felt very welcomed. The place is 3 k from the beach and on the way there are taverns restaurants and supermarkets.

The hosts are very welcoming, attentive and caring. We were surprised by the responsiveness of Marilou and Tassos and their involvement to ensure that our stay went smoothly. They will be there to help, if needed. The accommodation is impeccable, the decoration is halfway between tradition and modernity, the cleanliness is at the rendezvous and the furniture offers all the comforts to rest and enjoy the house. The house is located in the heights of Kea offering beautiful sea and sunset views. All the necessary conditions for a refreshing and relaxing holiday are there. There is a small village not far from the house and supermarkets. Many walks are also accessible with or without a vehicle. In short, great stay, beautiful place, dreamy cottage!

Very good stay. The villa is very well located a few minutes walk from a very beautiful cove. The place is quiet. The view is superb. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Bedding and the bathroom are a little aging but still ok. Other than that, the place is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning is welcome. Nikos is attentive.

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

This place is unbelievably beautiful. The view is stunning, the surroundings peaceful, and the house very comfortable. Kea is magical with great food, amazing sites, and pristine beaches. We swam in the pool, walked the goat paths, admired the architecture and just relaxed. You'll probably need a vehicle to get the most from your experience, but it's worth every penny.

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! How should I start... The place is located in the authentic side of Kea, the east side of the island. It was super peaceful and you have all the privacy you need, while being close to a tavern and a mini market. The garden outside, actually it's not just a garden, it's a huge piece of land, with many places to sit and relax, was so beautiful that we wanted to spend all our time there! At night, you could hear all the sounds of nature and look at the stars, while enjoying the amazing patio with a glass of wine! You need a car to go to the beach, but, that's the point! Be able to visit all the amazing beaches in the east side of the island, which are located between 10-20 minutes drive (a super normal distance for Kea). The house was very clean and it had all the amenities needed. The host was super responsive with a couple of requests we had. I strongly recommend this house and we will visit it again soon!

The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

Really nice, everything as described

The house is right above the sea in a wonderful bay with a sandy beach and a few steps from a great local taverna. We really enjoyed and relaxed during our vacation there. The terrace is stunning - the interior gets a bit warm towards the end of the day.

Irina’s cottage is one of the most wonderful places we have had the pleasure to stay! It’s lovingly decorated and oozes with good energy. Irina herself is simply the most wonderful host with an amazing aura and superb taste in music and books. She very kindly left us some local snacks and was always responsive with recommendations. I could not possibly recommend this place - or the host - more, it is worth the slightly longer travel time than if we had stayed on the main island.
