Welcome to your dream villa, built right beneath a cliffside! This residence features 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views. The outdoor spaces approximately 120 sq.m. feature multi-level seating areas one with pergola,sun loungers with umbrella,an open dining area with barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Spacious flat for 4-6 people, with large balcony and amazing view of the village of Koutsouras, the sea and the surrounding mountains. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds. In the living room area there is a comfortable couch that accomodates 2 more guests. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, stoves, microwave, toaster, espresso&filter coffee machine etc) The flat has two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.The washing machine is in the storage space.

Our favorite house is located literally on the beach, it has 3 rooms with their own bathroom and independent entrance, an apartment with a terrace and a large common seating and dinning area. If you dream of seeing, hearing and feeling the sea breeze, then this place is what you are looking for. Ideal for a peaceful holiday for couples. The best beaches of southern Crete are next to you. There is a rocky beach in front of you but also a sandy beach close to you.
