Kompakti kaksio saunalla. Sopii työ- ja lomamatkoille. Makuuhuoneessa tuplasänky ja olohuoneessa vuodesohva (120*200 cm). Asunto on sopiva 1-3 aikuiselle, myös nelihenkiselle perheelle (2 aik.+2 lasta). Sijaitsee rauhallisessa paikassa lähellä metsäaluetta, jonka kautta helposti pääsee Käyralammelle ja Tykkimäen huvipuistoon. Asunto hyvin varusteltu (pesukone, veden- ja kahvinkeitin, mikro, lakanat, pyyhkeet). Tupakointi parvekkeella kielletty, erillinen tupakointipaikka autoparkin veiressä.

Nauti elämän helppoudesta avarassa, Kouvolan ytimessä sijaitsevassa kaksiossa 42m2. Asuntoon oma sisäänkäynti katutasosta ja naapuri vain yläkerrassa. Viihtyisä, tilava olohuone kutsuu rentoutumaan, myös TV:n äärelle. Makuuhuoneessa 120cm sänky, lisäpatja järjestyy. Asunnossa pyykinpesukone, keittiösyvennys ja lasitettu parveke. Ei Wifiä. Talon edessä iso 4h kiekkoparkki (viikonloput ja illat vapaa pysäköinti) Lähellä ravintoloita ja baareja, Hansa-keskuksen S-market n. 200m päässä talosta.

This room is named after the successful racehorse rider Kyra Kyrklund. Kyra was the goddaughter of the previous hostess of the house, Anita. Kyra spent a lot of time in Soiniity as a child and found her love for horses in Soiniity. Once upon a time, Kyra had an accident with Soiniity's cold-blooded Irja mare; she fell off the horse and hurt her hand. The room has a lot of horse-themed items, such as the riding boots of the house owner's grandfather, Jaeger Colonel Bjarne Nordenswan.

Beautiful apartment with sauna in the center of Kouvola.

Tervetuloa viihtymään tilavaan ja valoisaan kotiin aivan keskustan tuntumassa! Asunto sopii perheille, kaveriporukoille tai työmatkalaisille. Asunnossa on oma sauna, täysin varusteltu keittiö sekä lasitettu parveke. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Rautatieasema, teatteri ja jäähalli kävelymatkan päässä. Samalla kadulla maksuton lasten liikennepuisto ja kulman takana Kouvolan Lakritsan tehtaanmyymälä. Rauhallinen ja käytännöllinen tukikohta niin lomailuun kuin työmatkallekin. Tervetuloa!

200m from the train station, a quiet house, two-room apartment

Helppoa city asumista!! Ydinkeskusta, saattaa kuulua melua ulkoa. Talo on kuitenkin rauhallinen. 200m rautatieasemalle ja 2km Xamkin kampukselle. Asunnossa ei sallita muita vieraita, kuin varauksen tehneet majoittujat!!! Parveke kävelykadulle päin. Tarjoamme aamukahvin/teen. Shampoo, hoitoaine, suihkugeeli, pyykinpesuaineet, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan. Rautatieasemalla on pitkäaikainen parkkipaikka ja talon edessä 2h kiekkoparkkipaikka. Ei lemmikkejä. Ei Wi-Fiä.
