In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. Az apartman a 4. emeleten található, lift nincs, azonban cserébe páratlan panoráma terül elénk a teraszról, Székesegyház, Tv torony, a belvárosra néz.
