Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kovilj

The flat is very central, and nearby everything we wanted to see and do in Novi Sad, as well as a ton of good bars and restaurants. It has a lovely view of the church, and felt secure, clean, and comfortable - the perfect place to relax and take a break from exploring. Natasa and her partner were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Natasa even sent us messages to recommend places to eat and make sure we were enjoying our stay. I thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Novi Sad.

Spent one month and all was good. A nicely situated apartment just 10 mins from the bus station and not far from the downtown. A few groceries in the area too. Smooth communication and pleasant experience overall. Can recommend host.

I received a very warm and friendly welcoming. The apartment was lovely and cosy. The location is near the city center and there are several shops in near surroundings. the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and there is a living room with a sofa which I think that can also become an extra bed. The kitchen was very clean and equipped as per description. The bathroom clean and tidy with shower. Should you arrive by car, there is a private parking space included. Many thanks to Alexandar who was very friendly and helpful upon my arrival and caring during my stay!

The apartment is lovely. Clean, nice, cozy and beautifully decorated as in the pictures. The location is very central, with everything you need in close proximity. There was a surprise on arrival - water and pepsi. 🙂 Ivana (the host) and her husband were very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place. :)

Dragan is the most incredible host ever!! He is so kind and makes sure your stay at his house is perfect. We had fast d The house was very clean and a nice bottle of wine was left as welcoming gift. The pool is super clean! There are even more good things in this villa than the pictures as it has a great football table, dishwasher, ice cubes, toilet in the garden, extra sitting spots in the garden and everything is just complete. We had a BBQ and there is a fan and coles for it, swimming pool had a light and jacuzzi function, kitchen had all utensils you could ask for and he even had a music Bluetooth box and extra chargers. We would totally recommend this place!

Thanks Radovan for everything, everything went very professional 10+ The apartment was extremely clean, it was warm inside and what we were very pleasantly surprised that the apartment was heated before our arrival. The floor heating was super cool!Smart tv,youtube,netflix etc… Radovan offered us multiple times if we needed anything to get back to him whenever we really don't have a single complaint about the ten in the apartment and for Radovan. This is exactly what Air B&B should be- home . Dubravka is excellent host who is highly responsive and polite. She left a home to us with all amenities you can and cant imagine- from fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and if anything was needed additionally this is taken care of by her lovely mom. Terrasse is beutiful with nice setting, whole house is spatious, very nice style, tv with netflix etc, wifi excellent- we were working from home so very important, cleaning spotless. You need a car for sure however small stores are walkable distance. We appreciate your hospitality and we would be back. Thank you!

My wife is a landscape architect by profession and she noticed how lovingly done everything in this house and on its territory. But the main thing is the people! Free drinks, super hospitable, makes you feel like home, very clean place - definitely worth the price if you just need a quiet place for peace of mind to recharge from the bustle city.

You can tell how traveled and mindful he is from every possible detail and care he puts into making the space comfortable for any type of person, equipping with supplies you may not even remember you needed. Fully equipped with all amenities from kitchenware, cookware and complimentary coffee/tea/spices, Smart TV, inverter laundry machine/detergent, bathroom supplies/toiletries, shower with great hot water pressure, map/brochures, sewing kit, and endless other supplies that truly make it feel like living at home. The tidy studio is also charmingly decorated with a Zen vibe located on a quiet street within easy walking distance to Old Town, main street, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy/clinics, restaurants, cafés, bus+taxi stand, etc. Vladimir is an exceptionally kind, thoughtful and helpful host - he was flexible to adjust around my changing schedule, even allowing me to stay beyond common times for my bus travel.
