Apartment holiday rentals in Kowloon City District

The place is easy to locate. Just nearest Jordan Station and near the Airport bus station. The building where the unit is located is currently renovating. So you will hear a constructions going on. We just heard them on our last day. But when you enter the place is beautiful and spacious same with the pictures posted, all the amenities and everything were well thought out, just what guest were looking for. Around the building there are so much restaurants and authentic resto you can choose. I highly recommend this place 😎

Our trip to Hongkong became very memorable and relaxed because we feel very much at home at Amanda's place. Mary is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very well located, which was the biggest plus point for us, near Jordan station, tons of bus stops nearby, pretty close to the Star Ferry Pier too. The space is big enough for 2 people and considering the location, is an amazing deal. Chole was very responsive throughout our stay, helped out immediately whenever we had doubts. Definitely recommend :)

Kitty's place was perfect for my family of 7. We each have a comfortable bed to sleep in and the place was clean, too. Kitty was also very responsive to my questions. She assisted me in my every query.

Anjil was always responsive and flexible with our requests, we can’t thank him enough. Location is central to most of the places we visited, it is a short walk to the bus stop and subway.

Spacious clean apartment, modern decor, fully aircon, many places to eat and Kowloon shopping district within walking distance. Not too far to walk to MTR stations. A comfortable convenient place to stay.

Great location with great views. Was a little confusing at the entrances but the guards are very helpful. The apartment has everything needed for a short or extended stay. Nice living room entertainment area. Very complete kitchen and laundry area with a spotless bathroom. If I drop by HK again will look for this place again. Thanks!

Thank you so much for these few days of hospitality and giving us an ultimate Hong Kong experience!The location of the room is located around the Olympic metro station, at the same time, very close to Mongkok metro station!The facilities in the room are very clean, the internet is fast, and you have all the kitchenware.There is a restaurant around in about 10 minutes on foot!Little buddies who like to cook their own meals can be said to be a great location!The lack of the US and China is that the bed is a little small, and the bedroom space is not very large, but it is also enough in this place in Hong Kong, and it is not a problem to sleep.In addition, the owner of the room is very welcoming, he will carefully take us to the house and wait for us downstairs in advance to take us upstairs.The property of the apartment is good, there is also a gym downstairs, game room, quiet environment!Next time to Hong Kong, this room is still the first choice!

Dimas' apartment has been wonderful for our duration of stay. Sharelle, Dimas' helper, had been very accommodating. On the day of arrival we arrived late, around 9pm, and she waited for us in the foyer and gave us the card key as well as showed us around the apartment. We could not thank her enough for giving her time and replies as soon as possible to anything we needed within the hour of sending text messages. The place is beautiful, clean, bright, and quiet on a high floor. As the pictures suggest, it looks out to a fascinating view of the harbour. Every evening, we would turn off the light to admire the sparkling skyline reflecting off the waters of the harbour. The bus station and taxi station are right at the building, and the Hong Hom subway station is a mere 10 minute easy walk away. One of the best things is that the A21 bus, which goes between the Airport and Hong Hom station, has the end station at Hong Hom. That guarantees that you get the best seats and luggage space.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a 5 min walk from Yau Ma Tei stn. Lots to do around the area. Walking distance from Mong Kok Ladies Market, with many shops & restaurants in the area that are open till late night. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, really cosy too. It was an appropriate size for my group of 4. The washer & dryer were a great plus to have. The host gave clear instructions on checking in, & followed up on day of check-in to make sure everything was fine. These weren't big issues for me, just things to take note: - For potential guests with accessibility issues, FYI the apartment is located on the 4th floor (technically 5th — ground level isn't counted as lvl 1), & there's no lift so be aware that you'll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. - Water heater works a bit strangely — when turning the water on and off, don't touch the shower head, & do step away from the water for a few seconds as the water gets very hot, got burnt twice.

Akif was the perfect host, with very detailed and quick communications. He was very helpful before our stay to answer our questions. The accommodation was a great size for somewhere so central, with Prince Edward MTR, Nathan Road, and shops/restaurants so close by. Yes it has a lot of stairs to climb, and may look dated vs other places, but it's true HK living and an excellent price for the amount of space and location. Thank you.

This is a classic AirBnB experience where you truly live in someone else's home. The place is exactly as pictured and you have access to effectively a one-bedroom apartment (there is a second room and it is locked) that the owners also live in. It has all the convenience of a lived-in space, with all the cooking utensils, washer/dryer, and everything that one would need in a home. Check-in and out were flexible and easy, and the location was great, conveniently situated between two well-connected MTR stations and a lot of buses. There are many lovely local restaurants and it is very walkable. Shuo, the host, while we never met in person, was always within a message's reach, solving small issues that we encountered like where certain things are etc. Overall, it is exactly what we expected, and both my wife and I are very pleased with the experience. We would definitely be coming again and would not hesitate to book this again. Thank you, Shuo!

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s apartment during our holiday in Hong Kong. We had a group of 3 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for us and we slept very comfortably. The children thoroughly enjoyed using the indoor play centre and swimming pool during our stay, and it was a nice way to enjoy some down time on our very busy time in Hong Kong! The apartment is away from the true hustle and bustle of the busy streets of Hong Kong, and very quiet at night time. Public transport and taxis were very easily accessible and right next to the apartment complex, however we usually travelled by UberXL as we have 4 kids and it made our travels much less stressful that way. Mandy was always very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend anyone travelling with a family to stay here, and we will be sure to stay here again when we return to Hong Kong.

5 stars! Affordable, comfortable, and has everything you need. The train and bus stop is right below and there are plenty of shops downstairs to buy what you need. Your quaint home in the heart of the Tsim Sha Tsui area 😊 would definitely book again once I return to HK. They have a super kind and communicative cleaning lady named Cathy who is Filipina. Place is also safe and you can leave your luggage in the corridor if you arrive early and look to explore around the area.
