Incredibly beautiful villa! Ergun was so kind and attentive and so helpful with local dinner, day trips recommendations or anything else we needed. Great location, easy walk to town. Such a gem! So looking forward to going back! Highly recommend ❤️

It was nice but House needs a little refresh , didn't work The bathtub in the bathroom kitchen furniture and accessories need new. A washing machine to replace a complete very old overall very pleasant house hot tub too much chlorine and doesn't work well

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Great location, beautiful views from the outdoor terrace and pool to the mountains. Easy walk into centre of Dalyan. Kitchen very well equipped - everything you could need has been thought of. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Great location with stunning views of the river and rock tombs from the balcony and by the pool. Spacious villa, four bedrooms, great 1st floor living room and balcony. Not particularly new or luxurious, but nice, clean, well maintained. Air conditioning is good, WiFi works fine (not in basement). Pool is a bit small, but fine for cooling off. Location is great, plenty of good restaurants (Allegria was our fave) and a corner shop five minutes walk away. 10 minutes stroll to town centre and boats to the beach. We loved Dalyan. Not too built up, no big hotels, plenty of restaurants. River and views of the ancient tombs is unique and wonderful. The boat trip to the beach is cheap and easy (a cooperative runs shuttle boats, costs £4 return) takes about 40 minutes but is a nice trip. Beach is stunning.

Omer is a responsive and very helpful host. The place was clean and up to standards, we really enjoyed our stay.

The Villa was great, super cute and pretty, felt very Turkish. The whole villa was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The pool is lovely, especially in such hot weather. We were very happy that every bedroom had AC, a must have in summer. Host communication was excellent. They met us on arrival and when the wifi was not working initially they fixed it immediately that same day and it was perfect for the rest of the week. We would recommend this villa to others coming to Dalyan!

We stayed in this beautiful villa with a pool for 6 days as 2 families (6 big+ 2 small) during the Feast of Sacrifice. It was great to have a toilet and shower in all 4 rooms, no one had to wait for anyone to take a shower. The pool was also very attractive for the kids, we were able to get them out by force in the evening. We had the opportunity to go from the location to the nearby iztuzu beach, Gökova, Akyaka(Akbuk) and Ekincik bays. It was a very comfortable house with no shortage and quite new and well maintained. If I come back to Dalyan, I can keep the same house again.

It was a perfect holiday. Beautiful location, perfect villa and ideally situated - walking distance about 13 minutes to the centre where there are restaurants and supermarkets. There are also lovely restaurants along the river bank only a few minutes away. The apartment was pristine with a lovely shared pool and a private pool and area at the back of the apartment. We would love to go again to the Villa and to Dalyman. Our highlights were the Ancient City of Kauno. We walked and were rowed over by a lovely lady. Amazing restaurant as well. Iztuzu Beach and the Turtles the beach is 4.5 km long beach near Dalyan, in the Ortaca Monday market in Koycegiz - we drove but you can get a boat. We bought 3 sorts of cheeses, tomatoes, olives and a melon. All bursting with flavour. So much to see.We had a nice day at Ekincik Bay swimming and exploring. We hired a car but there are plenty of buses and boats to take you around if you do not have car.

Great location, apartment clean and spacious,warm and friendly welcome from all the family. Very informative of things to do in Dalyan, we definitely will be back

Ömer was a great host. He immediately responded to any question or request we had. He was very easy to communicate and he was very accessible. My sister in law mentioned that she told Ömer she wished there was a swing to lounge by the pool and he immediately came back with a hammock. My nieces enjoyed that hammock quite a lot. The house was perfect for our family and perfectly situated. It was walking distance from the river where you can see the Kaunos rock tombs. The house has wonderful Mountain Views on both sides. Mountains in the area are really breathtaking. You can see that view as you lounge in the pool or your pool bed. Very relaxing. The house had everything we could need. One of the bedrooms is in the entry level which worked out great for my dad who cannot walk up the steps with ease. This bedroom had two single beds. The bedrooms were spacious and linens were clean and fresh. The built in barbecue on the terrace was a life saver. We were able to grill lotsa delicious fish without feeling like we are doing a lot of work. The terrace has a canopy that can be extended towards the pool. This canopy came in be handy when we wanted to block the sun. There is AC units in every room and this was very important because we were able to keep the temperature of our rooms the way we wanted. The house is attached to a another one of Ömer’s. There is a very nice privacy fence with bushes in between and we barely saw the people staying next door. Ömer kept the pool area and gardens spotless. The pool was very clean and the garden is very well taken care of. Beautiful jasmines, roses and hibiscus makes a great backdrop for pictures and fills the air with flower scents. There are orange and lemon trees in the garden which are equally beautiful. The shops were very close by. The restaurants, butcher, fish market, and super market were all within 2-5 minutes drive or 10-15 minute walk away. Ömer was very knowledgeable about the area being a local of Dalyan. He had great tips on where to go, what to do. We had an amazing 3 weeks at Dalyan. I recommend talking to Ömer before you book any boat rides in Dalyan. We were very happy with two private boat tours we took with Dilaver, who was recommended by Ömer.
