The location is close to the Osijek Student Campus and the Sjenjak settlement. Nearby is the Osijek hospital and the City Garden hall. Next to the building there is a public parking lot that is not paid and right across the street there is a small shop. 50m from the building there is a bakery/snack bar Mlinar that works 7 days a week until late at night. Guests say they feel at home here :)
