Будинок знаходиться у селі Вища Дубечня Вишгородського району. Побудований 2017 року з бруса. Площа - 108 м.кв. На першому поверсі є велика вітальня-кухня, дві спальні, пічка, санвузол. На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Затишне місце для відпочинку невеликої компанії. Ми називаємо наш будинок Villa Porta Blu, бо маємо блакитні вхідні двері.

The cabin itself is very functional and well designed. Two kilometers of ground road before the cabin is not so good in rainy days but usually any car can get to the house.
