Holiday rentals with beach access in Kožino

Bruno & Diana were great hosts! They were flexible on our check-in time and made the whole process very easy, even giving us local recommendations! The aparment is located in Old Town Zadar with lots of restaurants and things to see! We loved our stay in Zadar and I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in a great location that is walking distance to everything you need!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Alloggio situato a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e a una mezz’ora a piedi dal centro storico (oppure con uber 5’, una corsa costa circa 5/6€), vicino all’appartamento c’è un ristorante ottimo con prezzi onesti e qualità alta. Matija è stato gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi particolari. Casa pulita e spaziosa soprattutto per una coppia, aria condizionata, lavatrice e forno. Se dovessi tornare a Zadar di sicuro tornerei in questo Airbnb, senza il minimo dubbio! Un saluto speciale ad Aurora e Nilo, i genitori di Matija.

Punta Skala / Petrcane is beautiful. Great time of the year to visit

Vores ophold levede op til alle vores forventninger. Alt i lejligheden var ordentligt og rent. Der var et velfungerende køkken med alle nødvendige redskaber. Terrassen vendte mod syd og havde fantastisk udsigt til havet og solnedgangen. Der er ikke mere end 50 meter til strandpromenaden hvorfra det er muligt at bade. Bussen til Diklo holder lige uden for døren. Det tager ca. 20 minutter at køre til “Den gamle By”. Der er ca. 200 meter til mindre supermarked med alle fornødenheder. Værtsparret var altid nem at komme i kontakt med, og de lod os blive i lejligheden så det passede med vores flyver. Fantastisk ophold… vi kommer helt sikkert igen til næste år !!!!

Martina's apartment was a great choice for our stay in Zadar. It's 2 min away from the sea and small beach and about 15 min easy drive to Zadar's old town. There are some restaurants walking distance and also small supermarket. Apartment is located on the groudnfloor of the big house. Martina and her family live upstairs and there are also some other apartments to rent on the top floor. But in this apartment you have a lot of privacy, as it is located in the back of the house. You also have your own tarrace there and small garden. The place is spacius and nicely decorated. Martina's family is super nice and very helpful. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The house exceeded our expectations and offered everything we could possibly need - and more. The ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our group of four couples. We loved the beautiful pool, the fridge with filtered water and ice cubes was a great luxury, and the outdoor grill made our evenings extra enjoyable. Everything matched the description and photos, the house was spotless on arrival, and check-in was smooth and easy. There is a lot to do and see around Kozino and Zadar. With a rental car, access to everything in the area is convenient. A small shop is located not far from the apartment, easy to reach by bike. Communication with the host was excellent – quick, friendly, and efficient. We would happily return and highly recommend this place!

Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

Idéalement situé pour aller visiter la vieille ville à pied (30mn). Un emplacement de parking vous est réservé. Nous n’avons passé qu’une une seule nuit car le lendemain nous prenions l’avion…

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich, Pool und Sauna traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Andrej war super. Der einzige deutliche Minuspunkt: Uns wurde auch auf mehrmalige eindringliche Bitte kein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Andrej sagte, dass er das selbst nicht entscheiden könne. Ich konnte wirklich nicht verstehen, wieso kein Stuhl angeschafft werden konnte. Für uns war das eine große Einschränkung/Herausforderung, weswegen ich das hier öffentlich mache, damit andere Eltern mit Kleinkind vorbereitet sind.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

Petar was away, but his parents (in the flat above) looked after us royally. There was a tray of cheese & ham waiting on our arrival, and at least two trays of other pastries and treats during our 10-day stay. Having said that, they left us to our own devices at all other times. We didn't have to buy any household consumables (soap, toilet toilet rolls) on arrival, as there was ample already there. There's a hillside view from the kitchen & lounge windows; the bedroom looked out onto a covered pathway and flower bed. The nearest bus stop at 'Hotel Delfin' was a 6 minute walk away downhill (uphill coming back). As the bus stop is on the beach, waiting for the bus looking into the crystal clear sea was very pleasant. 20 minute bus ride into Zadar, and from there buses to other parts of the area (we went to Nin). Excellent swimming from the narrow beach - but sea shoes are worn by almost everyone as it is rocky under foot. We had a great holiday!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Andro est très accueillant et très réactif. Il est très disponible et nous a gentiment donné des informations. Le logement est très bien et il et bien situé,c’est un point fort. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Matea in Sukosan war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war blitzblank sauber und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist dieser Ort ideal. Die Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sogar Spielzeug für unsere Kinder geteilt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei Matea buchen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!♥️

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)
