Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kožino

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

An absolutely fantastic stay! From the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The place was sparkling clean and super furnished. Everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation is available. Everything was exactly as described - if not better! We would like to particularly highlight the warm communication and cooperation with the host - Anita - attentive, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. Anita is an all-round perfect hostess and leaves nothing to be desired. The location was ideal: quiet, but still close to everything you need. Whether for a short break or a longer stay - we would come back anytime! Thank you very much for this wonderful time - 100% recommendation!

Excellent Stay at Villa Storia! Our stay was excellent for the following reasons: the property matched the Airbnb description perfectly, there were plenty of activities and games (especially the heated pool, which our kids loved), and the hosts were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

Everything was great and the house offers everything you need for a vacation. Josipa was always available for all questions and responded very quickly. A dream vacation, definitely recommended.

Beautiful house- we enjoyed every second of our stay. The pool is amazing. Marija and Milan are wonderful hosts. Marija pampered us with delicious home made cake and Milan took us on an amazing boat trip. We would love to come back.

The apartment was spotless, ideally located 5 minutes from the water and lots of lovely restaurants, it was exactly what we needed. The balcony off the bedroom felt very private and it was lovely to sit out there on a morning and watch the wildlife. Franko was kind, responsive, and helpful. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend!

We spent a week together with our dog at Marina. She furnished the mobile home lovingly and it was very clean. Marina was always available, responded quickly and gave us helpful tips. The area/location is usually best suited for people looking for peace and quiet. Unfortunately, this is somewhat disturbed by the current construction site in the rear area of the campsite and the construction vehicles passing by the terrace. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay very much.

It was a great stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. We were with 2 adults, a 14 year old and two dogs at the beginning of June for a week in the wonderfully idyllic ZirZen. The check-in was nice and uncomplicated. Nataša came and showed us everything. If we had a question, we could call them. Parking was close to the house and there is even a barbecue area. The little cottage is really in the middle of the forest. You can hear nothing but the sounds of the forest. In the immediate vicinity there are many opportunities for activities but we were always happy to be able to go back to our forest in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. The toilet took some getting used to at first but the outdoor shower was a great experience. The dogs were also totally thrilled and even made friends with a little stray cat that sat in front of our door every morning. We really recovered wonderfully. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.
