Holiday rentals with beach access in Krabi

Lovely apartment with amazing sea views. Great restaurant right next door. Rocky beach and a nice pool. Hosts were great and easy to contact! Would definitely come back here. Would recommend having a car or bike to access other parts of the island and the better beaches but with transport it’s easy to get around and the place is in a great location to access other beaches.

The apartment is as described. It is well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning again. One thing that needs to change is the blinds in the bedrooms. These are very thin and do not keep the light in at all well. It requires a proper blind and a pull down black out blind/curtains to solve this. This is especially a problem for the back bedrooms, as the hallway light is shining all night long and it's light at 6am so the kids will be awake once the sunshine comes through the window. Thanks for everything, we would like to return in the future.

the hospitality was great. the room was as described and clean. it is possible to rent scooters and excursions directly with Sofiya. also wash your laundry. the beach is a 5-minute walk.

I liked this room. It was very modern and extremely clean. I think the only downside would be, it’s not walking distance from the beach. But with grab coming back and forth to the center was quite cheap too. Overall I recommend this place %100

Very private. Even common swimming pool was empty for most of the time. Very close to the beach. The water in the sea is clear. Planty of restaurants and almost no people. Ideal for somebody who want to chill.

My partner and I are on a several month long trip around Southeast Asia and this spot was a perfect place for us to relax during our stay in Ko Lanta! We love cooking while we travel and the apartment has all of the home amenities we are used to, from simple things like a cheese grater, vegetable peeler, basic cooking seasonings, a full sized fridge, AN OVEN (we haven’t had a place with an oven since we started our trip two months ago) and a grocery store nearby we were able to make our meals with ease! The washer on the property was a total bonus as well (since we’d been traveling for quite a while already)! Scott and Nong are also wonderful hosts! They got us situated with a transfer from the ferry dock and handled all of the motorbike rental details ahead of time so check in and check out were a complete breeze! Would 11 out of 10 recommend this spot to anyone visiting Ko Lanta, great hosts, great location, great price and a WONDERFUL apartment! We definitely intend to return!

We had a fantastic time at Steens condo. Fantastic views. The apartment was exactly what is advertised. Thomas and Ae were amazing for any transport requirements and booking an amazing Hong boat trip for us around the islands. Any taxis we needed were booked through them and so accommodating. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for my family of 6. The host were very helpful in arranging rides to and from the airport and booking our Hong Island Tour. We also really enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend.

We checked in with 4 people. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people. The apartment is clean and new and has all the necessities. Emmy has been a great host and very responsive. She even facilitated a late check out at 8pm for the check out day. Highly recommended to other guests. Thanks again!

Sebastian was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. He set us up with a reliable driver for anywhere we wanted to go. Maybe it was lack of communication but we were under the impression that the house had its own beach from the photo of property from above and the way the listing worded it. And looks like there are chairs or umbrellas or something. We found plenty to do though and for the most part we enjoyed our stay very much.

Such an amazing place to stay. The hosts were great too, super helpful getting us checked in and the process was seamless from the airport. Highly recommended and will be back.

Excellent stay. Villa more beautiful than the photos. Kids loved the pool and the designer rooms and the bunk beds. Pool was very clean. Value for money if u have kids and 2 families.

This home is a bubble of happiness. Full of small touches, coffee,water,... hot tub pool at its best. i highly recommend it.

This house has by far the most beautiful view in Ko Lanta. We spent three weeks in this spacious, bright, immaculately clean house. The one thing that stood out most was the thoughtful amenities included within the house. A kind welcome note and a basket full of snacks along with a few fresh food items went a long way after traveling all day. We loved lounging by the pool and having a clean private beautiful place to return to. We ran the air conditioner most nights until the morning and let the fans run throughout the day. Electricity is a separate charge that averaged us an additional $9.00 per day. I would highly recommend renting a car if staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s house! The location is perfect if you’re looking for a serene getaway while still being close to great food and the beach. The house is strategically situated near some fantastic Thai restaurants, including beachside spots with great music and ambiance. The house itself is well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. Another bonus is that within the same condo, there’s a tour and travel agency run by Mr. Thomas, who I highly recommend for scooter rentals, taxis, and boat tours—he made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Krabi. Would definitely return!

Quiet clean and by the beach as well as food

Viola’s apartment is within phu Dahla residences which is a serviced apartment building. Viola kindly changed my room when she found out that i was catching an early morning flight into krabi. That was so kind and thoughtful of her. The check in was very detailed and informative. We had everything we needed from cutlery, towels, stove. We had to bring our own toothbrush, shampoo, body wash etc but we prefer using our own anyway. Throughout the trip viola was very communicative and patient with me as it was a semi-work trip for me. I was late to reply to her messages so she WApped me, which I appreciated. The amenities and location make this place worth every baht. It’s away from the noisy Ao Nang and nearer to khlong haeng and nopparathara beach, which i love. Lots of good food, markets, and bars around the area. The staff at the hotel reception are also lovely locals. We needed a motorbike and he just gave us his keys and said be back by ten pm instead of asking us to rent!!

really good apartment, perfect for families with children. Close to the beach, however, you had to walk 100 meters to the right on the beach, as the beach just below the front filled with rocks. The only downside was that there were no pool towels, as promised, nor could they be provided during the 17 days we were there. The power is EXPENSIVE so please be aware. We didn't use very much air conditioning and we paid 2500 bath for the 17 days.

Waratip and her co host were super friendly, helpful, and provided easy communication. They were great hosts and we would absolutely return to this amazing apartment ❤️
