This retro caravan in Dutch style for 4 people has a beautiful unobstructed view. Next to it is the same caravan, but smaller. This has been converted into a bedroom with a large double bed. Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Relax with the whole family in this cozy accommodation? Enjoy playing in the large garden, walking/cycling through the area, visiting Gouda and enjoying a drink under the veranda at the end of the day? Experience it in "Buitenkansie"! This cottage is not suitable for noisy guests and groups of friends who are looking for a base for parties. In addition, the cottage is also not suitable for guest workers. Please note! The upper floor has a low ceiling.

This brand new vacation home is located in a beautiful spot in the Krimpenerwaard and has all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, together with the adjacent sitting area, has a fantastic view of the polder through the large glass doors. The cottage is located at the back of our own property, adjacent to the polder. Relaxing here is actually a given. On the other hand, you are also within 1 minute of the cozy shopping street of Bergambacht.
