RiverDream, originele zeecontainer 40ft aan de Lek

Een unieke ervaring, verblijven in een echte originele zeecontainer genaamd RiverDream, direct aan de rivier de Lek. Er staan al fietsen voor je klaar. Word wakker met een mooie zonsopgang en nuttig je koffie of thee op het ruime , zonnige terras. In de luxe badkamer hangen heerlijke badjassen. Het leefgedeelte met open keuken is ruimtelijk en gezellig, wanden afgewerkt met steigerhout. Een 2 pers boxspring en een comfortabele(slaapbank). Eigen parkeergelegenheid en een schuur voor de fietsen.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Vanuit dit appartement kan je per fiets, wandelend of met de auto het typisch Hollandse landschap verkennen. Op 15 km afstand zijn de molens van Kinderdijk, op 6 km afstand het vestingstadje Nieuwpoort en op 6 km de zilverstad Schoonhoven. Geniet van de rust en de natuur tijdens je verblijf. Aan de rand van de stad maar zo rustig midden in de weilanden, bent u van harte welkom in onze AirBNB aan de kaai... Vanuit het raam van de bovenverdieping van de gerenoveerde schuur, welke is gelegen naast onze boerderij, kijkt u op de Cabauwse molen en als u geluk heeft broed de ooievaar aan de overkant. Aan de Kaai ligt in (Cabauw/Lopik) op de grens van provincie Utrecht en Zuid Holland. Midden in het Groene Hart van de Utrechtse Waarden en de Krimpenerwaard

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands!
