An oasis of calm, simple, natural and homely. 2-room apartment in a historic farmhouse with a wood-burning stove, kitchen, and bathroom. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms in the attic. You are surrounded by a large garden with secluded places to relax and enjoy! It is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking. The house is almost completely off the grid, with no cell phone service and no Wi-Fi. However, there is a wired internet connection for laptops and cell phones using the appropriate adapters.

Directly in front of the apartment are hiking trails that will lead you to the Waldbach waterfall, for example. Stay on the Jakobsweg and enjoy the views of Lake Constance, Lake Zurich or the Säntis. In 25 minutes you can reach the Säntis or the seven Churfirsten as well as the Thur waterfalls by car. There is space for your car as well as bicycles.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

House in Walenstadtberg. The accommodation can be used by 3 to 11 people. Experience a unique, spacious and family-friendly accommodation 200 m² with sauna and gym. Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming gazebo with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, light the fireplace, and cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a dormitory is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. A kitchen is available, about 20 m from the cottage. On request, we provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
