We are in the village of Perivoli, in the southern narrowest part of the island. Taverns, shopping and the bus to Corfu Town are a 5-minute walk. It is only 2 km to the east side with its fishing villages and 3 km to the west coast with kilometers of sandy beaches. Your accommodation is quiet in a separate house that connects us through the garden. You will share this with 2 turtles, cats and lovely dogs. From here you can see the sunrise above the mountains on the mainland.

Cozy cottage house in a quiet relaxed environment next to the river side .The estate is located at the traditional village of Lefkimmi, 2 km from Lefkimmi port, 45km from the airport and 15 minutes from the sea on foot. Ideal for short breaks with a car on some of the most beautiful beaches of the island like Arkoudilas, Marathias and Santa Barbara . Close to the house you can find shops like markets, bakeries-patiseries , traditional restaurants and many others.

It also has bbq, wifi, sunbeds on the beach, private parking but the main thing is the absolute peace and privacy offered by the house and the beach!
