Unser 1-Zimmerapartment am Kornfeld ist eine kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft für 2-3 Gäste. In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. In unserem Apartment findest du ein Doppelbett(1,60x2m) & ein Sofa, welches für einen weiteren Gast als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann.

In this cozy 52 m² apartment, you will find peace and relaxation. It is located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by numerous tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a low cost. You can park your car on the road, 50 meters from your apartment for free. The apartment was expanded in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

Praktikable 2,5 Raum Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in Rostock braucht. Unsere Nichtraucher Wohnung besteht aus einem Essbereich mit Einbauküche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, TV & co und ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ausreichend Stauraum. Das Duschbad mit Fenster bietet ausreichend Platz für die eigenen Utensilien. Die Gartenstadt ist in der Nähe des Zoos und mit den Öffis gut zu erreichen, um leicht in die Stadt oder zum Strand zu kommen!

Ihr könnt direkt am Haus kostenlos parken. Den Edeka erreicht ihr in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Vom Hauptbahnhof fahrt ihr mit der Tram in nur 7 Minuten zu meiner Haltestelle.

A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).

Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. Accommodation not for purely tourist purposes because of the resulting obligation to pay a spa tax for the Hanseatic city of Rostock

Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Linden Park. University, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.
