Here you live in a newly-renovated timber house 25 m from the shore of Lake Storsjön. The ground floor (with underfloor heating) has a modern fully-equipped kitchen adjacent to the living room. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the largest has a double bed. In the other bedrooms there is a 120 cm and a 90 cm wide bed. Extra beds are available. The guests clean up after themselves.

The village is located on a hill with no through traffic. Within less than 30 km, there is a health center, many service facilities, places to eat, cultural attractions, nature reserves, and viewpoints. Close to lake with swimming area, rowboat, canoe, kayak, SUP to borrow. 50 km to the mountain areas in Offerdal and Ansätten. 10 km to popular fishing in Landösjön.

In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Paradise at Kallsjöen

Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Peaceful campsite by the river with its own dock

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. The bed will be made up when you arrive. A warm welcome!

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Parking in our driveway. Suitable for max 2 people. Our returning guests point out the tranquility/silence & the babbling stream next to the cabin that creates a soothing noise, also points out beautiful views of the lake and mountains and the proximity to the beach.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
