The gingerbread house in Mörsil

Modern & cozy vacation home with all the amenities and a little luxury needed for a pleasant stay. Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Strandgården B&B is an affordable accommodation along the road between Mörsil and Järpen, perfect for those who are passing through or want to stay quietly but close to Åre. Only 26 minutes by car to Åre and the bus stops at the farm. Simple accommodation with shared kitchen and fridge. Lake and forest right next door. In winter, there is pimple fishing, as well as a sauna with ice bath by the lake. Smooth, calm and close to nature. Your own bedding! 🛏️ Take out the trash. (Throw it in the bin) 🗑️ Vacuum and dust the room. 🧹

Fresh villa of 143 square meters

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. There is sleeping space for 4-5 people with room for more. With a soccer goal, countless soccer balls, a trampoline and a hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most of the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other goodies in summer. We moved in late 2020, which is why we dare to say that the accommodation meets the vast majority of expectations you can have for a newly built house.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Gröna huset

Perfect accommodation for those who love animals. On the farm there are dogs, cats and over 300 wonderfully cute goats, we are happy to show you around the farm so you can meet the goats. There will be babies in the spring, so if you want to see the kids running around, Feb-May is the perfect time. But also in the summer when they go out on pasture. Nice excursion destinations to waterfalls and caves. Nice swimming area. For an additional fee, there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub.

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Relax with the whole family in this nature-friendly accommodation, just a stone's throw from the lake and swimming spots! 20-minute drive to central Östersund, or 1 hour to Åre/the mountains. We are new to hosting, so more photos and better descriptions are on the way :) But we find it absolutely wonderful to live here, close to nature and Storsjön Lake, so we want to give more people the opportunity!
