Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Das Ferienhaus ist auf unserem Grundstück in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nur ca. 10 min. Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Nichtraucherhaus ist für 2-3 Personen eingerichtet. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einer Küche (15 m2) und einem ebenso großen Bad im Erdgeschoss sowie einem kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum (35 m2) im Obergeschoss. Freisitz mit Gartenmöbeln und Schaukel für die Gäste. Parkplatz, Wallbox und Fahrradständer auf dem Grundstück. Wäschepaket und Endreinigung inklusive.

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

HaffSide Usedom

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Vacation home Joline

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
