Grocery store open on Sundays 1.2 km away. If you are going to the center of Bergen, there are buses from several stops nearby. By car, it takes about 20 minutes. Åsane center or Knarvik center are approximately 10 minutes away. Easy parking.

Central at Frekhaug, just outside Bergen. 6 min walk to the nearest bus stop. Åsane in 15 minutes, Bergen city center in about 30 minutes by car. Express boat on weekdays to the center in 20 min from Frekhaug Kai. Disc golf course nearby, grocery store, and pharmacy. A nice place to unwind, with the option to do office work, and beautiful nature right outside the door.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

The cabin is about a 1-hour drive from the airport and a 40-minute drive from Bergen. Only an 18-minute drive from Knarvik Amfi Shopping Center and 8 minutes to the SPAR supermarket. The cabin is located by Seimsfjorden with a direct view of the sea from the living room window and good sunlight conditions throughout the day.
