Beachfront holiday rental in Krotiri

Thank you very much to Ms. Mina, she waited for us at the port. And she took us to the wonderful house with a very nice view.. Perfect sunset Perfect and the jacuzzi, she also offered us a wonderful wine.. Everything was perfect...

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

Wonderful place to stay in Naoussa. It’s out of the hustle and bustle but completely walkable. Close to an amazing restaurant (Piperaki Coffee-Brunch-Cocktails) and bakery (Xamilothoris). The place itself was really cool! Very unique, spacious and had beautiful outdoor seating areas. The host, concierge and housekeeper were all very helpful. Free parking on the street (no issues finding a spot right next to the place). Bonus: adorable cats in the neighbourhood.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

This place was absolutely fantastic, with an incredible view of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone in the area was so friendly, and we really enjoyed the local restaurants—great food all around. The Airbnb can be a bit tricky to find at first, but the host eventually sent us a helpful video with clear directions that made it much easier. Cristi was unfortunately recovering from COVID during our stay, which made communication a little challenging at the start. However, she made sure her partner was there to greet us later, which we really appreciated. We arrived quite early, and Cristi was very accommodating with an early check-in. She arranged to have the place cleaned quickly so we could settle in without further delay. She also recommended a taxi service, which turned out to be a great suggestion—the driver and company were both friendly and reliable. I would absolutely recommend Cristi’s place in Paros and would love to stay again!

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

This home is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable and well worth the price. The host left many restaurant, beach, and day trip recommendations with sample itineraries and helpful maps. It is slightly outside of the town center and is therefore extremely peaceful and private. And, like everyone else has said, the view of the sunset is absolutely unmatched. We would recommend this place to anyone else who is coming to visit Naxos.

Gabriel made you feel at home from the time he organised a pick up for me from the port and greeted me at the house to saying farewell and organising transport back. The house had every little detail thought of. Gabriel even had a fresh loaf of bread and Greek cookies waiting for me in the well organised kitchen. It was right beside Magaya Restaurant which was a regular drinking and eating place. I even joined the outdoor yoga class next door too. There are lots of outdoor garden areas to chill too with a drink. Right on the doorstep of Parasporos Beach you will not find a better place to feel like a Greek and listen to the waves as you fall asleep. I hope to return…….

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

We spent a week with my spouse, son and parents. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The exteriors with its 2 terraces are very beautiful too and not overlooked. We would recommend it in a second. Thank you Stella for a lovely experience.

Beautiful villa — easily walkable to the beach and with excellent views of the sea and surrounding hills. Clean & functional. Maria at the Airbnb gives great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby.

Can’t begin to describe how amazing her place is and she was a host. The location is very quiet and private but still just steps away from the beach and shopping center nearby. Paros is gorgeous and we rented a car to see every corner of the island and feel her place was the best to stay and relax. She was helpful and responsive and her place seemed absolutely flawless. We will surely return 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Paros! The location was perfect – close to the beach and just a short walk to charming cafes and local shops. Mairi's Airbnb was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time in Naxos. The apartment met all our expectations and was just a short walk from Agios Prokopios. We especially appreciated the terrace, where we spent our mornings and evenings watching the waves, the sea, and the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily cleanings. This place was great. Minutes walk from the ferry terminal, John met us at the apartment. As seen in the pictures, the top floor setting has a fantastic 360 degree view of the bay and mountains. Plenty of sun , if you want shade you've got that as well. It is ideal for 2 people, clean and well thought out. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk. Small but decent. There is a small beach 15 minutes. It is sandy but water shoes required. There are plenty of restaurants along the front.

Loved Antonis' place. Very clean and furnished nicely and lots of space. Great for a family. Close to restaurants and markets. Quiet street. Great views from the balconies. Antonio was extremely responsive to every question and very flexible to allow us to check in early and also check out a little late for our later flight! Apartment is well furnished with everything you need. A couple flight of stairs to get in but easy. Private parking area in case you rent a vehicle which we did. Loved Antonis place. Would definitely rent again.

Anthi is wonderful. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and unfortunately fell very ill, Anthi made it easy to extend our time and made us feel very supported ❤️ the view is incredible and location from the harbour really easy after getting of the ferry. She was ready to meet us on arrival with a cold drink. The sunset from Anthis place is next level, the photos do not do the space justice. We could have done our whole holiday here easily!

This Airbnb was simply perfect and just as described on the listing. The location was amazing, a mere 5 minute walk from the port, bus stop and with all of the main restaurants right on your doorstep. Staying alone there I felt incredibly safe as it was very peaceful and quiet. The balcony was massive and you get all of the morning sunshine hitting it :) I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this airbnb again, the host had super quick replies and as I said, it was such a beautiful space with everything you could need for your stay. Had a fantastic time here! Nice host, the apartment was spotless and super! Walking distance to Strand, and lots of good restaurants and shops right nearby. And we all fell in love with the beautiful cleaning lady who was absolutely outstanding. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Paros ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Elpida’s apartment. It was very tastefully furnished with a full new kitchen and bathroom - the shower was a real highlight! Two good sized double bedrooms with comfortable beds and lovely bed linen - each had outside space which made the rooms very airy. The apartment was only a few minutes walk from the port yet in a quiet residential area which felt very safe. It was also very close to the bus terminal so it was easy to take a bus all over the island. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay on Paros and would definitely stay there again if/when I return!!
