Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einer Küche (15 m2) und einem ebenso großen Bad im Erdgeschoss sowie einem kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum (35 m2) im Obergeschoss. Freisitz mit Gartenmöbeln und Schaukel für die Gäste. Parkplatz, Wallbox und Fahrradständer auf dem Grundstück. Wäschepaket und Endreinigung inklusive.

We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 48 m² 2-room apartment in the attic. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the old town of Ueckermünde and the boats of the marina. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price. Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

Peace and relaxation for a small family not far from the Greifswalder Bodden. Cozy house with 80 square meters of living space in the middle of a natural garden in the idyllic village of Hanshagen, not far from the small Baltic Sea resort Lubmin halfway between the islands of Rügen and Usedom near Greifswald. Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

The approx. 140 m², bright holiday home has a spacious living-dining area with cozy couch and smart TV, fireplace, dining table and an open kitchen. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
