Tolle Busverbindungen bringen einen innerhalb von 10 Min. ins Zentrum von Flensburg. Dänemark ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsgelegenheiten gibt es in unmittelbare Nähe. Minigolf direkt vor der Haustür. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt kostenlos vor Ort. Unmittelbare Strandnähe.

The KAJÜTE*NEUN is located on the first floor of our house, in the middle of the harbor district between Museumshafen, Schiffbrücke, Norderstraße & Fußgängerzone - seagull screams and ship horns included. Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water
