It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! We had a fantastic stay at Dana's apartment! It was perfect - beautiful views, comfortable, stylish, and we felt right at home. Only steps from the beach, a giant bowl of fruit to welcome us, extremely comfortable beds, great little balcony as well as a terrace for sunning with an equally wonderful view. There are even loungers you can take to the beach if you want. I did not want to leave! Dana and her daughter were wonderful and they were very flexible on check-out, which we very much appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Would definitely stay again - well worth the price.

We love coming to Makarska and we always stay with Marino and his Mother Marija. We were welcomed by them and a piece of homemade baklava! It was very lovely and we are excited to visit them again soon.

It's our second stay in Ivan's appartment, first time was in another and much better appartment. This time was a bit smaller space and especially the kitchen was way too small. But the location is 3min from the old town, good parking space and great host. Also, the bed was very comfy and big. So we enjoyed the stay.

The apartment is very clean and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen has great amenities. People on site very nice and friendly. For the terrace with a view of the courtyard, I would recommend a deck fan. Restaurants were easy to reach in the area. The path to the beach is OK if you don't have much to carry. Overall, it was a great stay in a super modern apartment.

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We met by Ivan who was lovely, the apartment was very comfortable, beds were excellent and lovely new bathroom. Parking was available just across the road which was very easy to access. We could walk in 5 mins to the beach and restaurants. We would happily stay again and really appreciated the space for our stay, thank you, Warmest Janine & Nicole

This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

Fantastic hosts with amazing hospitality: has picked us up and dropped us off the bus station. Flat is super clean. Apartment has all the essentials and even more like homemade jam and soft drinks, and location is close to all amenities.

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Short version: Location MEGA! Top facilities! Communication friendly and super! Extremely relaxing. Book immediately when it is available. Longer version: The property and house are absolutely secluded in complete tranquility and nature. Everything is very well thought out and high quality! The artificial turf on the badminton/volleyball/football field is the highest quality artificial turf I have ever been on. There is a karaoke system by the pool that is simply great. The outdoor kitchen and "grill room" is excellent. The buggies are a lot of fun. The water on the beach is incredibly clear and invites you to dive in. Everything was super clean. Charcoal, airsoft guns, buggies and bicycles were in impeccable condition and belong to the house. The 3 terraces were perfectly located and the outdoor furniture, matching and comfortable and of good quality. A nice little place with restaurants and a supermarket is nearby. It was really outstanding. Thank you very much for everything🙏🏼

Our stay at Mireja's was fantastic, and we didn't want to leave! Mireja was so welcoming, and all the information before we arrived was very helpful to plan our trip, even video instructions of how to get to the location and local attractions. Very peaceful and private, with a view of Mireja's beautiful garden and the sea - bliss! We had plenty of everything we needed, even thoughtful touches like umbrellas and beach towels. Since we were travelling for a while, it was really useful to have use of a washing machine and drying space outside. It felt like home, and was put together thoughtfully. The location was perfect, quiet in the evening and only a short walk from beaches, grocery shops, cafes and restaurants, and the centre. We would stay again in a heartbeat if we are lucky enough to return to Hvar!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

Marco’s place in Hvar was my absolute favorite stay during our trip to Croatia! His home is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and offers stunning views. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Marco went above and beyond—he introduced me to some amazing skincare products from his local shop. I had developed a skin irritation from too much sun, and the cream he recommended worked wonders. This place is definitely on our return list—I will be back!

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
