You can safely leave your car and walk. There is shelter. Very good location. 10 minutes walk to the sea. A pleasant surprise was that there are clean beaches nearby, when compared to Arcadia - set and land. You can rent bungalows, sun loungers, etc.Also nearby, within walking distance, there is a shop and a cafe where you can have breakfast. Nice communication with Jasmine and Lyudmila Stepanivna. Immediately before check-in, we received clear instructions and ideas on how to get to the residential complex, so there were no problems with where to find the residential complex and how to check in. 100% satisfied with the property, our choice during visits to Odessa)

When we entered the apartment, we were very impressed by its size) The apartment had everything we needed and it was very cozy for us. 👍Iryna was always in touch and answered questions. 🤗 Next to the apartment, there is a shelter, which is currently very important. Derybasivska is 10 minutes on foot. You can also take bus 203 to Langeron beach in 10 minutes. I really liked the vacation at Ms. Iryna's. We recommend staying here, you won't regret it😊👍

The apartment is located in a closed area where there is a parking lot that costs 100 UAH per day. Although the distance from the center is a bit far, it is quiet and peaceful, which contributes to a comfortable stay.

Very tidy, comfortable place, has all the appliances for a comfortable stay (even a laundry dryer). It was very clean and tidy. The area is good, there are various transport nearby, close to the sea and the park. Everything matches the description and photos. There were only positive impressions of the place and communication with the host.

A great place to relax and soul and body. Just what we were looking for in isolation. The house is very cute, everything is well thought out by the hostess to make the conditions as comfortable as possible. Everything is neat and clean. There is a patio with a table where we often ate outdoors. The area is landscaped, a lot of trees, so we did not suffer from the heat. Lovely barbecue area. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, but the view is worth it! The beaches are a godsend! There are very few people, the waterfront is cleaned. Pines grow - we often found a good shade under them. Everything is totally worth the price. Thanks.

The apartment is great. Equipped with everything you require for a long stay. Up to dish sponges, garbage bags,detergents, etc. Furniture and carpets are in excellent condition. The kitchen is large and comfortable. The residential massif "Rainbow" is very lively and modern. Each courtyard has children's playgrounds, a lot of small shops in almost every house. Several large supermarkets are also within walking distance. The hosts are wonderful people. A warm welcome, a sweet compliment from the hostess is very nice. Always available, happy to explain which taxi service is better to call, where to go with children, which mobile operator to choose. If we are going to Odessa next year, of course we will stay at Maya's place!
