Take a walk along the Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is 30 minutes' walk through the park. One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apart-hotel, which has been managed by our family for 10 years. Please note: the third floor of an old building. There is no elevator.

All natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the decoration. You can accommodate your car in the yard. No pet in the propery! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!
