Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The location of these apartments is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin Stairs. Two minutes to the ensemble of the Vorontsov Palace with a colonnade – a symbol of Odessa. Take a walk along the Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is a 30-minute walk across the park. One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apartment hotel, which our family has been managing for 10 years. Please note: third floor of an old house. There is no elevator.

An apartment of 150 sq.m. with expensive modern renovation in the historical part of the city, a 5-minute walk from Primorsky Boulevard and Deribasovskaya. There are 2 rooms (each sleeping 2), a 100 m hall with a soft area, a bar counter, billiards and a seating area by the fireplace. Comfortable table for working. All natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the decoration. You can accommodate your car in the yard. No pet in the propery! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!

We, Victoria and Constantine, we invite you to visit! My husband and I have traveled a lot, so we know how to feel good at home, wherever you are. We tried to make the apartment as cozy and comfortable as possible for our guests. The apartment is in a building of a modern and clean residential complex "Golden Era". On the territory there is free guest parking, a store, playgrounds, a training ground for adults. The nearest beach is 1.3 km away (15 min x on foot or 5 minutes by car). Welcome!
