Beach house holiday rentals in Ksamil

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! One of the best/cleanest/comfortable places I have ever been. aircon/tv/hob/fridge amazing shower. can't find a fault apart from a 🐩 barking.🤣 Beautiful girl host teacher.

Rei is pretty nice and easy to talk to. He and his family are friendly and welcoming. He recommended us a local restaurant where we enjoyed a lot. The place is very clean and location is awesome cuz a view of sea is available and the beach is 3 minutes away by walk. Enjoyed our time here a lot.

Excellent stay! The host and her mother were incredibly kind and responsive to all our needs. Also you can’t beat the location- close to boardwalk and the port. Highly recommended

Ari is very friendly and very helpful. Has a flexible arrival and pending. He's a nice person. The apartment has a kitchen that allows you to cook because it has everything we need. The apartment is hot but leaves you two fans. Lots of outside light, no blinds. The neighborhood is simple, the streets are very narrow and steep. But the apartment is very clean.

Great apt in an ideal location, beach and cafes and shops all within walking distance. Free street parking. Very responsive host and super kind mother who helped with our laundry. Great spot!

Leigh’s villa is incredible! The outside of the villa exceeded all expectations, the view was stunning. The outdoor kitchen and eating area is fab. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with a fridge full of goodies. Gianni greeted us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know, and when we had a small ice machine malfunction he was on site within 10 minutes to help us. The house was very clean and roomy. Wifi works really well. It’s a great private location and a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Only constructive feedback would be that two of the rooms are two single beds pushed close to each other, but because of the bedposts you can’t push them together. The single beds we found rather uncomfortable and small so may need a thicker mattress? However those of us that stayed in the double rooms were very comfortable and slept well every night! Thank you Leigh for a holiday to remember!

A wonderfully peaceful stay at Villa Persephone. The villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and homely. The pool area and view were outstanding and such a lovely place to just relax and unwind. Beaches, restaurants and shops all very walkable. Nataliya was a great host and responded to any queries quickly and cheerfully! Thank you for a superb stay!

Had a wonderful 4 days at Kladji’s villa. It was spotless and the small pool was nice. Good views from the terrace. Lots of good restaurants in the town, 5 mins walk. Beaches are fine and the sea water is lovely to swim in. Would book again.

Just returned from a wonderful week’s stay. It looked lovely in the pictures but we could not believe how beautiful it was in real life! Such attention made it a lovely surrounding. So much space too. Although we were a family with 3 adults and 1 toddler, you would have enough space to be 6 adults easily. I definitely want to stay again. One call out is that the roads are very steep and hairy to get to the villa. A car is recommended but we would have been terrified to drive. We got taxis everywhere, which you need to book in advance but that was fine for us. I’d recommend going to the big Lidl on the way to the villa because it’s significantly cheaper than the little supermarkets closer to the villa and lots more choice. We didn’t use the grocery delivery service because that was much more expensive. We had a great time hiring a small boat one day and pootling along the coastline. It was totally glorious. Other than that we happily spent a lot of time at the villa as it was beaut.

The place is a bit confusing to find because the map does not account for a shortcut that runs through the property, once you figure that out you realize that it is just steps away from the beach and the village which are both lovely and convenient. The place has a gorgeous view, all the basics are covered and the pool is a great bonus.

Villa Mia was everything and more!! The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the view was breathtaking. We will be back! Thanks for an amazing week in Corfu!!

We stayed 10days at the house . Everything was perfect! Communication easy and quick. The house was well equipped even for three little children! We got cribs and towels was changed every two days! The location is super but I would recommend to have your car to be able to explore the area. The tiny little village has a great restaurant and only 5min walk and other one. The welcome box was fantastic and a huge surprise! Thank you for making our holiday so memorable.

We had a really good stay in Saranda at the apartment, it is close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything looked just like the photos and the view was amazing. Thoma was such a nice host and really helpful. When we needed to check out a bit late he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Giannis. We were lucky enough to be there over Easter weekend. Irene helped us navigate our way into Old Town so we could take advantage of all that the Corfu celebrations had to offer. The church next door to our apartment also celebrated. They even had fireworks at midnight on Saturday! The beach is super simple to reach by foot. And the nearby bakery and restaurants gave us everything we needed within easy reach. We would definitely stay at Giannis again. The beds and sheets were high quality. The shower pressure was perfect. And the view is unbeatable!

I recently had a delightful stay at this charming accommodation. The house was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Its proximity to the historic center was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality from Rita. Her welcoming nature lifted our spirits and made us feel like part of the family. The fresh cherry tomatoes and seasonal products she provided were absolutely delicious and added a lovely touch to our stay. Fantastic stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore. The accommodation was perfect—comfortable, clean, and great value for money. What a difference a proactive, responsive host makes in a guest's experience. Host Ana was amazing. I took 2 buses - Gjirokaster to Saranda, Saranda to Ksamil. Ana followed my progress, told me where to exit the bus, and her father was waiting (with a smile) to drive me (and my heavy suitcase) to the beautiful apartment which was very close! So kind, so kind. The studio was private, easy ground-floor walk-in, with a nice little porch to sit and have morning coffee. Inside it was very clean with all the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom. This was the first time I used an open shower without a wall and I loved it! Super efficient! Plenty of hot water. Location: Extremely walkable location, perfect because it was away from the crowds (tourist season); however, I could easily reach all the beaches and restaurants by foot. Ana recommended a more private beach with less people (thank you). I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again.
