Holiday rentals with lake access in Ksamil

A lovely and easily accessible family. The house is super clean, many bathrooms, many beds, kitchen, everything is perfect. I would definitely repeat ☺️

Great host, There was a problem with the availability of the apartment, but the host was great and quickly found another option for a place to stay. Very nice and polite The apartment we got afterwards was also fine.

the house is great and superbly located if you prefer the peace and have access to your own vehicle. It indeed has a 360 degrees view of the mountains, the see and the lake. The occasional group of cows, wild dogs and sheep walk by and give you the real rural feel. The house is sufficiently equipped and has the feeling of a home. But what our stay really made fantastic were the kind hosts Lume amd Kujtim. They did everything in their power to make us feel at home. every morning they brought us home made snacks and bread for our breakfast. If we needed something they were right at our service. We really want to back the negative comment made by the Dutch family earlier: The house is definitely safe for children and Lume and Kujtim spoiled our two y/o with candy and toys. Theres a bed where a young child can sleep sagely and the terrace is completely fenced. They also said that some pantries were locked: this is the idea of Airbnb, you stay at someones home... its not a hotel.

It's a perfect place to stay in Ksamil! The location is great, you place very nice and clean. We felt very comfortable. And met a wonderful host with Christina. She is super friendly and was always approachable and gave us good tips. We can definitely recommend this place.

An absolutely beautiful home with stunning views. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, including ceiling fans, air conditioning, fly screens for all the doors and windows and some umbrellas for the beach. The walk down to the beach was steep but very doable. Recommend Dimitri’s for dinner.

Thoma is the perfect hostess. Greeted us with a basket of fruit and again in the morning. House is exceptional.

The apartment had just been renovated. It is very peaceful. It is outside of Saranda but a bus is available.

Eljon's apartment is just what you need when you come to Sarandë, the apartment is good and well equiped. The seaview is just breathtaking and the house manager is adorable and available.

Self check-in was very convenient, we entered the apartment early because it was already ready and still late check-out allowed us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind on the last morning at sea. Very available for recommendations, highly recommended

Lola was an amazing host. We didn’t know the direction but she picked us up at the port. The apartman has a private beach with a stunning view over the city. All the shops and good restaurants walking distance, the centre only 10 minutes walk. I think the apartman is the best value for money. I highly recommend Lola ;) Thanks for everything!

The apartment was excellent anf the hosts fantastic! The accommodation was a little way out of the centre of Mursi - you need a car, as it is not in walking distance.

Everything is very collapsed, it is important for those who will drive a car, there is a free parking space under the windows of the apartment, to the sea (a public beach, not a large one) but you can swim, and there are paid!

Awesome place with phantastic ocean view and plenty of space. Leonard is very friendly and easy going. Thumbs up all the way!

We spent an awesome five days in Emblika’s apartment. Everything was as described. Emblika and her family are very nice, helpfully and sweat-hearted. Selina translated us everything, recommended good places and programs. We just felt us like at home. Thank you for everything, wishing you all the bests and we’ll surely come back.

Great quiet place, perfect for small Groups.

The moment we got there, we got a warm welcome with a coffee and a glass of raki. The family is heart warming. Even though we were there for just one night, as we were leaving the father of the host hugged us goodbye and waved us off like we were there for weeks. We would definitely recommend staying with them.

Welcoming host, beautiful and quiet place under olive trees. Fully equipped air conditioned house, terrace with an amazing sea view. A bit tricky access to a small beach (cca 100m, steep pathway and stairs), but worth it - crystal clear water and privacy. The forests bring insects but it's only natural. Overall we had a great vacation at Nicol's place and enjoyed our stay very much. Super relaxing.
