Das Appartement liegt im hinteren Seitenflügel des Altstadthauses in einer ruhigen Gasse. Im unteren Bereich des offenen Studios lädt ein (Schlaf-)Sofa zum Verweilen ein, eine Küchenzeile bietet Raum zum Genießen kleiner Mahlzeiten. Eine schmale Wendeltreppe führt in den Schlafbereich unterm Dach, in dem ein kuscheliges Doppelbett zur Verfügung steht, direkt dahinter gelangt man in das kleine, moderne Bad. Eine gemütliche Alkove über dem Bad bietet eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für Sportliche.

In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

My place is a complete apartment in the extension of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck zu Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the porch, the view of the water of the Trave, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

We live in a central location between the city center (distance approx. 5 km) and coast (Travemünde beach approx. 15 km). Nearby are the Trave and the cute fishing village of Gothmund.
