Am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes in Bad Schwartau am Ende einer "Sackgasse" liegt unser Haus mit der abgeschlossenen Wohnung im Erd- und Obergeschoss in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Zwischen Ostseestrand und Lübeck befindet sich unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss eines 1926 erbauten Hauses. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist aus Holz (nicht geräuschlos). Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Mit den Öffis gelangt man an die Strände und nach Lübeck. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, kleinen Garten mit Terrasse und einen eigenen Eingang. Ich bin entspannt und mag ebenso entspannte Gäste. Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

The Lübeck district of Schlutup is located directly on the Trave and is a great starting point for various day trips. The sea in Travemünde or Niendorf - as well as the city center of Lübeck - can be reached quickly by car, bike or bus. The surrounding forest and heathland areas invite you to take long walks and bike rides. Via the A1 or A20 you can quickly reach Hamburg, Fehmarn, Wismar or Schwerin. It's also close to Hansapark (amusement park).
