Great location, perfect for families with children

I have stayed with a lot of airbnb so far. Mr. Muharrem was the most wonderful host. Mr. Husarrem was our parents, our parents were our upper neighbors, they left the garden crops at our door in the morning, a very sweet, kind family. All the items of the house were zero and sparkling clean house sheets, pillows, the kitchen area was immaculate, the kitchen area was quite sufficient, there is a beach within walking distance of the site, the prices are very reasonable, we ate there for dinners, I would recommend it most of the time. Thank you very much to the host

The apartment was perfect, just what we needed. Quiet, comfortable and central. Meltem was a great host, really helpful with our check-in and was a huge help when we needed some local information and directions. Parking was easy on the square too. We will definitely be staying here again.

Gunsel and her daughter were such thoughtful and attentive hosts. Everything about the stay was smooth and welcoming – from clear communication to the little touches that made the place feel warm and cared for. such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly. Resmiye made us feel at home. There is a close by beach and local stores to buy your groceries from. Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

We spent two weeks at the place. The flat was like in the photos. It was small but practical. The view was breathtaking, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and Ms. Tuğba's parents Nuri Amca and Meftune Teyze were so helpful, always smiling and kind. The neigborhood has its own beach where you can easily find a place to sunbathe and enjoy the sun and shade. The sea is good, especially in the mornings. There is a small cafe / restaurant close the beach. You can also order from the beach. Without a car it's possible to go around if you are fond of walking. If not you definitely need a car.

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged a service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took a close interest in us during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

We had an amazing stay here, it was just as described and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Kay was so helpful throughout, any questions I had he was super responsive and helpful, the wifi and air con was temperamental but always fixed very quickly. Kay even went as far as helping with taxi number etc which we really appreciated. The pool area was lovely, plenty of space and sun beds. We did struggle at first with the steep hill up to the villa but soon found some steps down from the pool which were much easier to climb. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay because there were no guests before and after, and thanks to him, we had a longer vacation. It was as if we didn't rent an Airbnb, but were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back :)

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs, Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.
